Woodlands: Summer Camp

Summer camp can be an incredible experience. It’s a place where you make lasting friendships, conquer fears—we see you, zipline—and grow in your independence. 

Woodlands Camp provides all of this, and takes it even further. Their goal is to inspire and equip this generation of students to do justly, love mercy, and walk humbly with God.

In fact, Woodlands provides such an incredible experience, registration fills up in minutes each year, putting tons of kids on a waitlist. That’s why Woodlands has decided to construct a second camp that will add nearly 500 beds. This is no small undertaking, and you’ve come alongside them to help make it happen!

Thanks to 2019’s Be Rich donations, Woodlands received a matching gift to support the construction of this facility. When the second camp is completed, 4,000 additional kids will be able to attend Woodlands Camp each summer.

But your gift doesn’t stop there. 

There are plenty of children who would love to experience camp, but can’t afford it. Thanks to your generosity, Woodlands received a second matching gift that provides scholarships for 50 children to have an experience of a lifetime. Now those new beds won’t just open slots for people who can afford to come, but for kids who couldn’t attend otherwise as well.

Because of your generosity, even more kids will experience an unforgettable week and hear about Jesus.
