Caravan of Caring
Be Rich doesn’t just fund moments—it fuels movement.
Three times a month, on ordinary Saturday mornings in Forsyth County, a local school parking lot becomes something extraordinary. It’s not a market or a fair, but a Caravan of Caring, powered by six organizations and an army of volunteers who believe that dignity, kindness, and hope should be available to everyone in our community.
This growing collaboration between organizations that include the Forsyth Community Clinic, The Place, and Family Promise bring vital services directly into neighborhoods where time, transportation, and access are in short supply.
“Problems are pretty easy to solve when people come together,” says one organizer. “That’s what this group does—they see a need and find a solution.”
This event is so much more than mobile medical exams or food distribution. It’s complete care. It’s safe childcare and themed activities while parents see a doctor. It’s fresh produce, protein, and shelf staples. It’s financial counseling, housing support, immunization information, women’s healthcare resources, and the library bookmobile filled with stories that open new worlds for both kids and adults.
It’s also a place where a family can take a photo with Santa and Mrs. Claus. Where children play relay races while their parents pick up medicine and groceries. Where laughter, kindness, and compassion create moments of joy—and lasting peace of mind.
And through the Be Rich Campaign, you help make this possible.
Most organizations involved in this program receive ongoing and meaningful support through Be Rich. But they’d tell you the real magic happens when the Be Rich volunteers show up bringing compassion, energy, and a willingness to serve in whatever way is needed.
When you give to Be Rich, you help fuel moments like this. And when you serve through Be Rich, you become part of a story much bigger than yourself. It’s a story where families are lifted up, communities grow stronger, and love becomes a living, breathing force in the world—one parking lot at a time.
