Children's Services Director - 2024

Atlanta Mission is seeking to expand their Children’s Services, thereby enhancing their ability to support working families and offer high-quality childcare to alumni of their program. This funding supports the yearly salary of a Children’s Services Director to manage a new early childhood education program and oversee operations and other leading programs to ensure personalized care, improved developmental outcomes for children, and greater support for parents.

 

Children's Services Case Manager - 2024

Atlanta Mission is seeking to expand their Children’s Services, thereby enhancing their ability to support working families and offer high-quality childcare to alumni of their program. This gift funds the hiring of an additional Case Manager to work the evening shift, a crucial role that allows Atlanta Mission staff to engage with parents after work hours. This ensures that each child receives the individual attention and support they need to thrive.

 

Children's Services Expansion - 2024

Atlanta Mission is seeking to expand their Children’s Services, thereby enhancing their ability to support working families and offer high-quality childcare to alumni of their program. This funding covers expenses for aftercare wage increases, staff training, consultation and subscription fees as well as enrichment programs like on-site camps during the school breaks.

 

IT Enhancements - 2024

This gift supports the advancement of Atlanta Mission’s IT infrastructure and services with a focus on security enhancements, streamlined client and donor interactions through portals, and staff development via learning management systems. These crucial technological solutions empower Atlanta Mission staff to better serve their clients and transform lives.

 

Celebrating Client Progression - 2024

Atlanta Mission celebrates and supports the success of its clients when they complete various milestones. This gift funds celebratory receptions and provides graduation gifts valued at $20 each for an estimated 150 clients. This funding also encourages and incentivizes job retention and long-term stability by providing for the Great Wall Gifts program, which offers a $100 gift card at the six-month employment mark and a $250 gift card at the one- year mark for an estimated 120 clients.
