This gift funds one parcel of land in Atlanta or South Fulton and helps Atlanta Habitat prioritize in-town land acquisition to keep pace with their ideal housing production goals as they build homes for those in need.

Home Preservation Expansion - 2024

Atlanta Habitat understands the importance of addressing critical repair needs of houses in Atlanta and targeted South Fulton neighborhoods to ensure their residents' homes are safe, dry, and accessible. By providing aesthetic attention via exterior painting, repairs, or landscaping, we can protect Atlanta Habitat homeowners’ property investments and increase the livability and curb appeal of their homes. This gift funds one of Habitat's Brush with Kindness or Repair with Kindness projects.
