MUST Ministries: Homeless Prevention Program

Meet Falecia Stewart, VP of Housing at MUST Ministries. MUST works to address the basic needs of individuals, families, and children facing hardship in Cobb and Cherokee counties. 

Cherokee County has one of Georgia’s highest homelessness rates outside of metro Atlanta. Falecia and her team at MUST are on the front line of helping curb the rise of suburban poverty in our community.

Through their Homeless Prevention Program, MUST provides additional funding each month to supplement rent or utilities and keep families in their homes. In 2020, MUST helped 82 families—220 individuals—stay in their homes. Your generosity helps fund this program and gives Falecia and her team the resources they need to prevent homelessness in our community.
