Customer Relationship Management System - 2022

Orchard has more than tripled the number of ministries they serve annually since 2019. In fact, they have added over 60 consultants, trainers, and coaches to their pool of resources. As they continue to grow, they recognize the need to strengthen and grow their relationships with their donors. This gift allows them to migrate their current databases to Salesforce Customer Relationship Management and train their staff on how to effectively utilize this platform.

 

Training Coordinator - 2022

As Orchard continues to grow their client base, they've realized a need for a Training Coordinator. This role will help strengthen leaders from roughly 50 nonprofits and also oversee 10–20 nonprofit leaders going through Orchard's flagship Foundations training curriculum each year. This funding allows Orchard to hire a staff person who is exclusively focused on their core training materials.
