Open Hand provides nourishing, medically appropriate meals that promote better health and independence. These funds cover the cost of 2,750 meals for community members facing food insecurity, ensuring they receive the nutrition and care they need.

Hot Water Heater - 2025

As Open Hand transitions into its new Westside campus, critical infrastructure needs continue to arise—most urgently, the installation of a second water heater to meet federal kitchen safety standards. The existing system cannot supply sufficient hot water throughout the facility, putting proper dish sanitation and kitchen operations at risk. This gift directly funds the purchase and installation of a new water heater, ensuring a safer and more efficient environment.
