Volunteer Management Resources - 2024

As Kidz2Leaders serves more children, more volunteers are needed. These funds purchase resources to assist K2L staff members in the recruiting, training, and stewarding volunteers. Examples of resources include volunteer management software and training curriculum specializing in trauma.

Church Partner Development - 2024

Kidz2Leaders (K2L) provides stability, opportunity, and a Christian community for children of inmates and their families. K2L focuses on developing intentional partnerships with trusted churches from which they receive most of their volunteers and funding support. This gift funds additional staff time to focus specifically on seeking out and fostering meaningful, long-term church partnerships.
