Mental Health Support, Part One - 2024

Forsyth County Schools are seeing increasing numbers of referrals for mental health services for students of all ages as well as experiencing all- time highs for requests for financial assistance related to student mental health. This funding provides mental health support for students and their parents in individual and group settings.

 

Social Work Emergency Fund - 2024

More than 22 percent of students in Forsyth County live below the poverty line and have emergency needs that are barriers to their success. This funding supports students and their families on an as-needed basis after they have exhausted community resources. Help can include medical and dental costs, clothing, and other needs.
