NFCC: More Families Served

For 40 years, North Fulton Community Charities (NFCC) has helped individuals and families in North Fulton by providing food, clothing, skills classes, workforce training, and even emergency financial assistance like rent coverage. They support over 8,000 people each year through community donations, volunteerism, and their thrift shop.

With the rising cost of living, many families find themselves in need of additional support, especially families experiencing hunger and homelessness. Some are unable to afford meals, and the number of individuals served per day by NFCC has steadily risen. Some recent upgrades to their food pantry have allowed them to continue to meet the needs of the North Fulton community.

Your generosity during Be Rich enabled NFCC to upgrade their food pantry's loading dock with an extension and a new pallet lift. Prior to having a lift, all donations and deliveries had to be moved by hand from their box truck into the warehouse. Now, volunteers are able to more efficiently unload the goods. This increased efficiency allows NFCC to focus more on meeting the needs of their clients while also increasing the number of orders they can fulfill in a day as well as the number of products they can receive.

Thank you for partnering with NFCC through food drives and Be Rich. You have paved the way for more people to receive food and other goods more quickly and efficiently.
