LEAP/NFCC Staff Position - 2024

LEAP is a short-term behavioral support program for disruptive students that teaches and reinforces replacement behaviors. This enables students to return to their home school as soon as possible and be successful. The LEAP/NFCC Staff Therapist was a new position added in 2024 with previous Be Rich funding. This therapist spends half their time at Vickery Mill and the other half at North Fulton Community Charities supporting GED students. This gift funds the salary and benefits for this unique position.

Clinical Staff Training and Crisis Assessments - 2024

With suicide on the rise for kids ages 15 to 20, Summit wants to ensure that their staff is prepared to quickly and accurately assess their clients. This gift allows Summit to provide specialized AMSR (Assessing and Managing Suicide Risk) training to their staff as well as fund 50 free crisis assessments.
