One of the ways Goshen Valley helps their foster children is to ensure they have houseparents providing consistent parental guidance rather than a parade of adults coming in and out of their lives. This gift funds the salary of an experienced, long-term houseparent couple for one year.

 

Respite Homes - 2022

Goshen Valley houseparents work a three-week-on, one-week-off rotation. During their week off, Goshen provides off-site housing to ensure their houseparents are well-rested and ready to come back at full strength to work with their foster youth. This funding covers the rental costs of two respite homes for one year.
