Chattahoochee Elementary School
PBIS Rewards - 2024
Positive Behavior Interventions Systems (PBIS) is a program schools use to reinforce good behavior and reduce negative behavior. This type of program requires various resources, and this gift helps to keep the school store at Chattahoochee Elementary stocked with school supplies and prizes that motivate students to behave respectfully and responsibly. This gift also provides funds for celebratory parties and keeps the Bookworm Vending Machine, purchased with Be Rich 2021 funds, stocked with books. Tokens for the vending machine books are purchased through the PBIS store.
Dyslexia Endorsement Training - 2024
The Georgia Dyslexia Law goes into effect for the 2024-2025 school year and requires schools to have a minimum of one dyslexia trained staff member. This gift funds the training of two staff members in the dyslexia endorsement, increasing their number of staff who hold the endorsement to five. This distinction positively impacts how Chattahoochee Elementary School serves its students showing characteristics of dyslexia.

Teachers and staff at Chattahoochee Elementary work diligently each day to support educational and emotional learning for their students. This gift provides teachers and staff encouragement throughout the year with treats, lunches, dinners and new spirit wear. Chattahoochee is working to increase teacher morale and retention, allowing them to build a highly qualified and effective staff.
1:1 Technology Learning Support - 2024
